I really enjoyed my stay with convenient access to Parham Bridges' Park, just a short walk away and perfect for a midday stroll. Northpark Mall was only 1.5 km away for some quick shopping after exploring the city.

My scheduled departure was early and the breakfast was not available to the quests at the prescribed time due to the employee not arriving on time. There needs to be a backup person to ensure scheduled events are on time. Customers plans should not be delayed because an individual cannot show up to work on time.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, location, excellent facilities. Not recommended for families with young children, no microwave, disabled tub.

The staff was very friendly, yet when you had a problem there was no follow-up or resolve. For example, I am a senior citizen with arthritis. My bathroom had a tub, which was great. However, the stopper did not come down to keep the water in the tub. It seemed disabled somehow. I called the first night and the person on front desk said that whether I had a tub or not depended on which room I was in (?). She said hold on and after holding on a substantial time I hung up. No one called me back. I ask a maintenance worker about the problem the next day. He did come to my room and checked it out. he said it was stuck or rotted out. he went to find a fitted stopper. He didn't come back. I called the front desk and they said They would call him. No one came back. I finally went to Dollar General and bought a flat stopper.

In general the service was great. It was in a nice location near restaurants and cafeterias.

The location offers great shopping options. The rooms showed signs of wear, with cleanliness issues and reports of bugs.

The fact that the breakfast was not what was advertised on Booked.net There is no breakfast buffet. Everything at hotel is very expensive (food, drinks, snacks,ect.) The whirl pool was not available. Some of the cable channels were not available (no BET,MTV,Oprah Network,Bravo, ect.)

The location of this hotel just next door to Close to restaurants as well as Courtyard Jackson Ridgeland was handy and decent. Because of a problem with the queen room I was upgraded and had exceptionally clean and compact room with a couch. Good services were available.

Family getaway, mostly pleasant

The staff were very nice, accommodating us without a fuss when we requested to change rooms. The King Room with Sofa Bed was comfortable and gave us the space we needed after a long journey. Despite the challenges, it was a welcome break on the way home.

Not the cheapest option, but still acceptable.

We enjoyed some exciting water skiing nearby and explored the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was clean. It was nice and conveniently located to check out nearby shopping and dining spots. Just keep in mind, some areas are still being remodeled, but it didn't really bother us.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed for one night and found the room spacious with a cozy corner perfect for winding down after a busy day. The air conditioning worked great, so I felt comfortable. The staff showed really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit. The location was easy to find and convenient. Some issues stood out. The carpets in common areas looked worn and definitely in need of a deep clean. The Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times, frustrating. The stay exceeded my expectations thanks to the staff, but the hotel needs some improvements in cleanliness and internet service.

I appreciated the spacious, well-lit common areas that felt inviting for a senior. The accessibility features were thoughtful. The outdoor pool area was particularly lovely for relaxation.

Need more staff for assistance during busy times.

The room appeared decent, but the lobby had an overwhelming scent and looked outdated, which tainted the experience. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate guests despite the challenges.
